Sam Kaplan is President of the Trade Development Alliance of Greater Seattle and writes screenplays and novels in his spare time. With Michael Williams, he made the short film, Please Hold, a dark comedy about customer service.  He is currently working on a novel about the end of the world. It's a comedy.
